We signed up my mother to Home Care Assistance two months ago and so far our experience has been very positive. They have been responsive and professional in all aspect of her care from the punctuality and dependability of the aides to the regular communication from the office to the conscientious nursing supervision. Keith, Indu, Melanie and the aides all do their profession proud.
Home Care Assistance in Princeton has provided invaluable help in resettling my father in NJ. Indu and Keith are incredibly responsive and they have found several kind and responsible caregivers for us. Mennah is a wonderful caregiver. She has been taking very good care of my mother for almost a year now. She knows when to encourage my mom to be independent and when to provide suitable assistance. Although we had some minor issues with a substitute when Mennah was on vacation, we could rely on the staffing manager Indu to be responsive. Both are excellent and offer tremendous help. I cannot praise them enough for the good they do.
