Amazing gym! Fantastic coaching and a welcoming environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, you'll feel right at home here. The gym is clean, the equipment is top-notch
Not just a gym, but a real community. I've gained confidence and skill thanks to the top-tier instruction and incredible people.
Professional-level coaching in a fun and motivating environment. The classes are challenging but addictive. Can't recommend enough!

    Summary of My Review:
It was apparent to me after my free trial class that Coach Eric has incredible knowledge of his craft, and an impressive grasp of the meta-skill of teaching itself. Moreover, the price is reasonable given a range of 0-6 sessions (as of 2025) that you can voluntarily undertake per week with a single monthly payment (so you pay for 4 weeks.) They also have cool uniforms and a women's bathroom (a rare sight in the industry, I am told. But yes, I saw it with my own eyes.)

    My Full Review Below:
I went in for a free trial class on 7/2/25 in the 6:30 - 7:30 pm MMA timeslot as a total newbie to MMA and left with many invaluable insights on the art of MMA in the compact span of a single hour. On top of being completely new to the discipline, speaking as a woman, going into male-dominated spaces (such as self-defense classes) can be intimidating at first, but because of Coach Eric's patient and informative teaching style, I had a surprisingly smooth, extremely positive first time self-defense class experience where he truly packed a lot of information such as practical helpful tips (eg: "pivot on the ball of your foot", "guiding leg", "think of splitting the opponent in half when you kick", "guard your face tight like you are on a cellphone call", "think of holding a shield (in regards to #3/the hook maneuver)", "don't fly away (meaning to tighten my elbows to my body)") and the guiding principles and *reasoning* behind each tip or move (eg: "you want to move this way because you want to preserve balance", "you want to do this because it is what gives your movement power") behind each move. My free trial was in fact almost a bit TOO packed with information, which is actually a GOOD thing in my view because it demonstrates Coach Eric really knows his craft inside out and the reasons / logic behind each movement as opposed to the traditional teaching approach of "do this because I said so" (which he does NOT do). Having a teacher who knows the REASONS behind most (if not all) aspects of their craft is something any sensible student should look for in a tutor, and the basis of a True Education. Not to mention that the Coach pulled all of this off ALL while managing a small class of about 8 or so other regular students, again highlighting the monstrous level of his teaching and class management skills where it pertains to his craft (MMA). Then after the free trial ended, he answered every one of my questions about pricing, the schedule, and even about certain ancillary concerns such as mat hygiene patiently and politely. As an aspiring teacher of a (few) different crafts myself, I can do nothing but recognize and admire teaching skill AND craft-mastery when I see it.

All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my free trial session and if I didn't have certain extraneous factors (such as many personal projects I am undertaking (and the relevant time and the conditional constraints this entails) as well as figuring out my funding for this endeavor and how to fit it into my personal routine), I would likely have accepted to join Titan Mixed Marital Arts Academy on the spot. By the way, their pricing is really very reasonable, it's just that I'm (currently) broke AND busy 💀-

Thanks to Coach Eric and all the staff (that I didn't get to meet, but I am sure exists, but it's just I came in during Coach Eric's time slot) that makes your amazing academy possible! Wishing you all the best whether or not I decide to form part of your student body (I'm still deliberating on it just cause of all the stuff I said above (in the 3rd paragraph if you count the summary as the 1st paragraph)).

Coach Eric is, without a doubt, the best MMA coach out there! From the very first class, his dedication, patience, and passion for teaching were clear. My son was initially intimidated, being the youngest in the group, but Coach Eric went out of his way to make him feel welcomed and included. He doesn’t just teach technique—he builds confidence, instills discipline, and fosters a true love for the sport.
What sets Coach Eric apart is his ability to bring out the best in every student. He pushes them to grow while making sure they feel supported every step of the way. His structured yet encouraging coaching style has greatly improved my son’s listening skills, teaching him focus and discipline that extend beyond the gym. Coach Eric also earns the respect of his students—not by demanding it, but by setting the perfect balance of authority and mentorship.
One of the things I appreciate most is how Coach Eric works one-on-one with my son, giving him extra time and attention to build his confidence and skills. He even partners with him during drills, making sure he feels included and supported. That personal investment has made all the difference in my son’s progress and love for the sport.
Now, my son absolutely loves going to class—he looks forward to every session, eager to learn, improve, and have fun! If you’re looking for an MMA coach who genuinely cares, brings out the best in his students, and creates a positive, motivating environment, Coach Eric is the one. We couldn’t be more grateful for his positive impact!

The gym is very clean and the instructors are great. Both my kids train here and I take adult classes. Really love it here. Highly recommend.
