The rooms and building look very modern and new. Peaceful not a noise heard. Remtal car parked outside with no issues.street was quiet. Had a great stay would definitely comeback.
When I saw the other reviews before my visit, I admit I was afraid of being scammed, but when I arrived, the house was very real.
When the owner welcomed me and initially told me that there was "no more room due to too many reservations," I thought I was going to be in trouble, but he and another traveler offered another alternative that suited everyone, and I was able to spend my two nights without any problems.
On the other hand, the two negatives are that it's far from New York if you walk there, and the neighborhood isn't very safe, but there are worse things.
