    I work in the medical field. I cannot tell you how important it is that you have a professional and courteous front staff. It’s literally the first impression that a patient gets for the office. The ladies at check in were making comments about myself and not understanding how I was not able to “figure out “ how to fill out the new patient paperwork online. When I called to make the appointment, they were very short with me but I just dismissed it and still confirmed my appointment and went in. The doctor herself was great, but I will not be recommending this office to anyone, and it’s just because of the unprofessionalism I experienced from the front staff.
