Such a great place for all of your Lacrosse needs! I recently stopped in to have my son's lax stick restrung and the guys working that day were very nice and extremely helpful. They gave me great advice on how to improve my son's stick and were able to fix it up for me while I waited. Highly recommend this store.
We’ve been a customer here for 7 years and have always had a great experience. This past season we had our first issue with an order (it happens), but Angelo came to the rescue and corrected it in no time! He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and went the extra mile to help a loyal customer!!
Had such a good experience here!! I went in knowing nothing with my 9 year old and was overwhelmed. An employee Brendan helped us and he was outstanding!! He took his time with me and made sure we got everything we needed. Thank so much to Brendan, we will be back soon!
I am re-writing this review on universal lacrosse and giving them five stars. I had an issue earlier with an order, I spoke with a customer service representative, and she helped me along and took care of everything and I got my refund as I requested. It pays some times to, reach out and communicate directly with the person. Thank you so much.
Young staff is very friendly. They were able to restring my kids lacrosse head while we waited. We were in a jam and needed it for an upcoming tournament. Reasonable prices also.
