Visions Workshops

Trip to Bar Harbor & Acadia… we were fortunate to participate in the Visions workshop conducted by Michael & Beverly. We were taken to some of the most beautiful spots in Acadia & the surrounding areas giving us the opportunity to photograph while receiving helpful photographic tips. Sunrise at Cadillac Mountain was one of the many highlights. We loved the small group & meeting like minded photographers. It was so nice to have our wonderful driver, Beverly escort us without having to worry about directions.
The afternoon processing sessions were very helpful too… a great learning experience while enjoying this beautiful part of our country.

I stumbled upon Visions Photographic Workshops on Facebook. I took several hands-on workshops with them. As a novice photographer, I was able to learn a lot of new techniques from expert photographer, Michael Miller, owner of Visions Photographic Workshops. His knowledge is endless! Visions offers a variety of workshops for all skill levels. Beverly Miller, the Executive Director is so welcoming for new people who join the group. I plan to take more workshops in the future. Learning with Visions is an great experience every photographer should explore!

I received a groupon for a 1 hour private introductory session with Visions WorkShops as a gift. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect in the session but it was awesome! Michael went over his background and why him and his wife started the company. He explained to me why they do what they do and what they offer to photographers as far as classes, sessions and memberships. I was truly inspired by some of the things Michael talked about. He really has a passion for his craft and I felt that he truly wants to share that with other photographers. After the introduction, He taught me some of the basic functions on my camera and I was very grateful. He helped me figure out some of the functions on my camera that I needed to take photos without overwhelming too much with too many details. The thing I liked the most was that I did not feel "pressured" to attend any of their workshops. It did not feel like a "sales pitch" at all. Instead I left feeling inspired and wanting to learn more!!! I will definitely be attending some of the workshops available on their site in the future!

I have taken many classes and workshops with Visions. Michael is an excellent teacher. His knowledge is incredible. I highly recommend Visions Workshops to any photographer looking to improve his/her skills!

I took my first workshop with Michael a few years ago and it was the absolute best thing I ever did. He is an amazing photographer and a wonderful mentor . Always eager to help and extremely patient if you don't understand something . He will follow through with it until you do . Michael S.
