Writing this review on behalf of my mother, Diana, who recently had work done by V&S.

Due to water damage, I needed to have carpeting pulled back, evaluated for damage, then have the carpeting reinstalled. Despite that I did not buy carpet from V&S, the Owner came to my home personally and had this done the same day! Everything looks brand new. A true gentleman, very professional and respectful. All his employees told me they have worked for V&S for over 40 years! That is a true testimony of a great business owner. Thank you Fred!

We use V&S flooring for our stair runners we noticed that there were some imperfections with the actual material couple of months after it was installed we called V&S, the owner came out, looked at the material and agreed contacted the manufacturer who denied any coverage but V&S replaced our stair runners at no cost to us!!!! exceptional customer service, they were very patient with us as we’ve had a couple of things going on this year, so took us quite some time to get back in to pick out the carpet that we wanted to replace it with, highly recommend them

We used V&S Flooring to replace our kitchen floor and couldn't be happier. The previous owners installed tile incorrectly, resulting in grout coming up and tiles cracking. V&S was very up front with letting us know that they couldn't give us an accurate quote about the preparation cost, due to us not knowing just how bad the subfloor was due to the previous owners negligence. So they provided us with a quote with the preparation as TBD. On the day of the project, the crew showed up right on time, laid down drop clothes and got to work removing the old floor. After preparation, Fred was able to give us the final preparation cost, which ended up being VERY reasonable.

The final install of the vinyl flooring we chose is better than expected! It looks just like the tile we had, but will hold up better long term for us. The attention to detail by the installer around our cabinets, appliances, doors, toilet, vanity, and a LOT of molding (anyone else with an old house in the area? lol) was excellent.

Fred and his team were able to execute the project quickly and beautifully! This was the least stressful home improvement project we have done.

Fred and his team were absolute professionals in every way. They worked around our chaotic schedule and dealt with a variety of changes while never saying a word or complaining. The products they delivered and installed were excellent. This is a top notch store doing top notch business.

Here is what I wrote back to the company - My wife and I were so thrilled with everything having to do with this magnificent flooring install !! This project from the planning/quote stage to the final installation was a real pleasure. I had a very good feeling about your company even before your men came to do the work. Both of your experienced installers were a pleasure to deal with - on-time, polite, professional, respectful, and considerate!! This is truly a rare find in today's workplace. In 50 years of owning homes, this home improvement experience was among the most pleasurable and had the best outcome we could hope for. The flawless installation including the removal of what turned out to be 2 layers of old flooring in the foyer, was a spectacular finished project. The challenging area around the wrought iron railings (which were imbedded in the concrete floor) and the uneven steps were completed with such finesse and exacting detail. Then today, you send me a personalized thank you postcard - no one does that these days ! You have our respect and admiration !!
