I can't say enough good words about the woman (Jan) that helped me tremendously today, with a ticket I didn't realize I had (I probably forgotten it)
She was so nice and pleasant on the phone, told me step by step what to do and how to solve my problem.
I called her back, very close to their closing time to give her my credit card information, and she took and processed it, we even shared a giggle or two.
This is the very first time, when speaking to other municipal townships, that I was given such prompt and courtesy help with my problem, let alone get a giggle in our conversation...
