Such a pretty place to go for a quick run. There is a small parking lot so it fills up fast. But there are other lots a quick walk away. The park is also very clean and well kept.

Watchung is a great place to live. This park and the lake in the middle of town with ample paring enables all to get out, walk, relax and enjoy nature. You can walk all around the lake, and many do, (about a mile) or on a path within the park, which I prefer because the cars and their noise/exhaust are a bit removed. This fall the entries in the borough's scarecrow contest were all on view, which made the walk even more fun.
