Dr. Cathy, Dr. Jett, and everyone in the team/office are constantly providing the best service and treatment. From scheduling, billing, treatment - they have been flexible and are always working with me. It is always a positive experience.

I’ve been going to Westwood Family Chiropractic for about two years, and they are truly the best. When I first walked through their doors, I was in constant pain all the time. The improvement I’ve gotten from their care is incredible. Dr Jett and Dr Cathy are amazing at what they do, and they always make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Nicole at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming, and she knows every patient by name. The whole office has a welcoming, caring atmosphere that you notice right away.

What really shows the kind of people they are happened recently. I suffered a serious knee injury that had nothing to do with chiropractic care. We were just talking about it casually during a visit, and I mentioned that the earliest MRI I could get was more than a week away. Without me asking, Dr Jett got on the phone and called multiple places until he found an appointment for me the very next day.

He didn’t have to do that. It wasn’t his responsibility, but he still went out of his way to help. I have never experienced that level of care from any business. He treated me like family and stepped in when I really needed someone.

Westwood Family Chiropractic goes above and beyond in every possible way. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me, and I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about their patients.

We absolutely love this chiropractic office! The staff is so lovely and welcoming — from the moment we walk in, we always feel like part of the family. They treat my kids as if they were their own, and it truly shows in the care and attention they give. I also love how they create opportunities for learning and make every visit fun and engaging. My kids and I genuinely look forward to going each time, which says a lot! It’s such a positive, uplifting environment that makes taking care of our health something we all enjoy!

This is truly the best chiropractic office in Bergen County! I discovered these amazing professionals about 10 years ago, and since then my daughter and I have been loyal patients. Even though it’s a 20–25 minute drive, it’s absolutely worth it — when you know you’re getting the best care, the choice is easy.

Over the years, I’ve also learned to listen to my body better. I can tell when it’s time for a visit — whether it’s my spine, muscles, or even blocked ears — before the discomfort starts. The care, professionalism, and positive energy in this office make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

Westwood family chiropractic Is excellent. They are very detailed oriented. You are taking care of expeditiously. They make you feel very comfortable. If you need chiropractic care I would go there. In addition, The practice is very focused on patient education and continued education. They have Chair yoga and meditation workshops!
