From sticking to my budget needs and recommending pieces that fit just my style, this team really helped my new space to feel like a home. And have fun along the way. White House Home just completed our installation and Powerview App Set-up - and we can not be more pleased and impressed with the quality of the blinds, the quality of the installation, and the experience and support that we received from Lisa and the team in Chester. Terrific atmosphere! Truly a breath of fresh air! I was overwhelmed with an entire home to furnish and design, but I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Kim was wonderful with fabric choices, design suggestions and so much more. Such a rarity in this industry to have someone completely focused on what the client truly needs. We were very happy with our experience at White House Home - Hunter Douglas Gallery. We purchased 7 sets of Luminette Sheers for our living room, dining room and 3 bedrooms. Our sales person/advisor Kari was friendly, helpful and conscientious about following up with us during the entire sales process. The installation by Joe and Kyle was outstanding. They were friendly and very considerate about working in our home. They did an excellent job. Joe measured the blinds, made suggestions, and the blinds fit perfectly. They look wonderful! The only issue we had was with the pricing process which we believe is an issue with Hunter Douglas, not with White House Home. We wish the pricing had been more transparent - that is, understanding what the various elements cost - such as different colors, split or left/right stack, price per dimensions (sq inch, sq foot). We were told it is Hunter Douglas's policy that 1/2 is due up front before the installer measures and 1/2 is due when the blinds are received by the installer. The effect of this is that we paid the ENTIRE price of the blinds before we even saw the blinds. A better policy would be 1/3 deposit based on installer's measurements, 1/3 when received by installer, 1/3 upon installation. All in all, we are very satisfied with the blinds and the service. We are planning to replace 2 more sets of blinds in another part of our home when we renovate later this year and we'll make White House Home - Hunter Douglas Gallery our first stop. Thank you.

What a beautiful store! I was looking for help selecting window treatments for my new home, and White House Home was a tremendous help. Lisa was knowledgeable and guided me through design and feature options in the Hunter Douglas brand. Together we were able to select styles that are just perfect in my home. Installation by Joe was prompt, courteous and expert. Follow up has been great. The store has a beautiful selection of high quality furniture and room furnishings, and I look forward to visiting again. I highly recommend White House Home in Chester.
