Windsor hotel

Kimberly’s service was excellent, kindness, clear information, everything was wonderful. The room is very comfortable and has good space. I’m fascinated with the service, if I could give 10 stars, Kimberly would take them🤩.

I spent 2 weeks here thinking that it was your typical lower cost trucker motel but, to my surprise it was equivalent to a Hilton. The front desk was extremely nice and welcoming they were making sure all my needs were met. The room was a bit cramped but, it had everything in peek condition. The bed was extremely comfortable (I almost overslept every morning of my stay). The atmosphere was quite especially being right next to the Turnpike. Lastly housekeeping was over the top every morning they insisted on taking my trash, giving me fresh towels, and asked to make my bed and vacuum the room. All and all I had an amazing stay and have to really give it to all the staff as they made it way better.

The first time I stayed here, I was a bit worried because the carpet in the hallways had a slight odor, but it seems they have a good cleaning team because everything smelled fresh the next day. As for the room, I liked that it has a perfect desk for working, the bathroom is very clean, and overall, everything is just perfect. If I ever have any kind of issue, they are very kind and quick to solve it.

After a long, traffic-filled trip, it was incredibly comforting to be greeted with a warm smile and such a friendly attitude at the front desk. Alejandro was the one who helped me, and his hospitality truly made a difference. With service like this, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
