I’ve been coming to this clinic for over ten years and never had any issues. Sometimes the appointments are not right away but they try to accommodate every time. I got a lot of help during Covid with telehealth visits.
Great doctors. They listen and diagnose and prescribe meds when needed. This is not a mil that just wants to do vitals on you so they can bill insurance.
We’ve been coming here for 3 years now and we haven’t had any of the issues stated in these reviews.
I’m actually a little shocked to see them.
I never experienced rudeness.
It is normal to be asked to mask up in a Dr.s office to keep compromised patients safe, if you exhibit symptoms.
Being busy & booking future appointments is also not worthy of a bad review.
In reference we see Dr. O’Donnell, Dr. Friedman, and Dr. Webber and all are friendly and thorough.
The reason I gave 4 stars is due to difficulty with phones, but the Dr. said using the portal sends messages directly- so that’s now what I do.
I also had difficulty with the portal not saving the username & password data but that’s not their fault.
Doctors here are Sharp,helpful , and understanding. STAFF is atrocious. Upset if u make and appointment, upset when u get there, God forbid they call back WITH AN ATTITUDE.
