Was an interesting find while visiting the area. The barn is settled in a neighborhood which made it super quirky.

First time here for a free music event. Lovely venue. Acoustics were pretty darn good for outside, tents for shade were provided as well as folding chairs (or you could bring your own). The folks who curate these shows and care for this property are just amazing! There are three more outdoor Sunday concerts here this year..
Try and make it! You won't be sorry. ❤️

This historic Dutch barn museum is wonderfully restored. Once a month, during July, August, September and October, they have great concerts featuring a variety of musicians and musical genres. The concerts are free and you get to tour the barn.

I went here for a bluegrass music concert . The musicians were wonderfully talented. The barn was a neat little place with some old farm implements, not much in the way of signage explaining the tools. However some were obvious such as 2-man saws, plows, ciderpress, blade sharpener operated by foot pedal. There is a very good model and explanation of how this type of barn was built and it's history.
