247N7 Apartments

Lived in this building for many years until late 2024 when I moved out of state. I can truly say, the building team is the best, especially Max and Evan at the door and Abraham leading the crew. Requests were handled promptly and professionally, and the building is well taken care of. Move out was a seamless experience. I especially appreciate the attentiveness of the staff now that I live elsewhere, and appreciate how well the apartments are made for rentals. Great place in Williamsburg!

Overall great apartment, great experience, great amenities. Doormen and porter Evan, Max, and Miguel are all super nice and very helpful. Really appreciate their great service. Miguel very knowledgeable.

Building is great, would prefer a bit more communication on open maintenance asks status (been awaiting a new dryer door cover for 3 weeks now and no sense of when it will arrive); but overall great, generally can't complain.

Leasing process was smooth and simple, Jeremy answered all of our questions and helped guide us through the application. Since moving in I've been very impressed by all of the building staff. Maintenance, doormen, etc, everyone is super friendly and the building stays very clean and well maintained. We had one maintenance request in our apartment so far and they were here and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours

My experience with 247N7 has been exceptional. From the start the entire leasing team has been incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive. Not only did they offer a really competitive deal, but they also went out of their way to ensure the leasing experience was as smooth as possible. The management and leasing teams at 247 really do make you feel like you're part of a community. Highly recommend!
