I would like to say this company is very professional and the realtor I worked with Irene Zhang was the most helpful realtor I’ve ever encountered. When I say she is there for you day and night I mean it. I sent a few questions one night after midnight expecting to not receive a reply till the following day but she replied within 30 minutes! They really take the time to treat you like a valued customer and even if it’s your first time renting or buying you are treated with respect and just as valued as someone who’s owned multiple properties. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place and definitely recommend asking for Irene Zhang because when it comes to service you won’t find anyone else more prompt to help you find your dream home and make it as easy and understanding as possible.
