Fantastic company. Phyllis and John both helped us look at dog-friendly apartments in Sunnyside and Astoria last weekend. Most other brokers we have approached either showed us huge buildings that allow dogs or told us that there aren't any dog-friendly options. Phyllis worked for a week to find us dog-friendly apartments in small buildings. Though we weren't able to rent a place (someone else got an application in just before we did), I would recommend Crest Haven to anyone looking for a broker that personalizes the apartment search and is open to working with your needs, rather than the other way around.
