Without a doubt, the best PT experience ever! Staci provided such understanding and optimism along with my hip replacement therapy, I always left there feeling wonderful. Having had two prior knee replacements, a knee revision and hip replacement with therapy elsewhere, I can’t recommend Heritage Health and Physical Therapy highly enough.
I would give Stace a 10, not just a 5. I have gone to Staci several times over the past 15+ years (PT after ankle replacement, knee replacement, back pain, etc.). She is outstanding - she takes a holistic approach, analyzing your issue in terms of your whole body, not just the part that hurts or needs strengthening. (This is so different from some other physical therapists and doctors, who just focus on the specific area.) She does an excellent job of explaining what is happening to your body and of prescribing
an effective and reasonable home exercise program. She is extremely supportive, empathetic and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Staci has been my go-to person for all may physical therapy requirements. She has consistently demonstrated compassion and care as she ushered me through to FULL recovery from 2 knee replacements, 1 hip replacement, complicated rotator cuff surgery, and many other body part repairs. Staci's model of one-on-one treatment distinguishes her practice from others who treat multiple patients during a session. Finally, its not just pure PT, she takes a holistic approach in putting together a "get well" plan for her patients - all for an optimum outcome. Thank you Staci!

I’m 56 years old and had simultaneous double knee replacement in December 2024. When I started PT at Heritage Health, I was very shaky and admittingly a little scared of how my outcome would be given both knees at the same time. Staci and Steve are the two Therapist at this practice. I worked with Staci; from the start Staci was a much-needed calming presence. Always very positive and comforting. With her 30 plus years of experience she shares her education by letting you know what you’re up against and what to expect while helping you manage expectations. She explains that it’s ok to have certain pain and discomfort as it’s part of the healing process. Stace also works on scar tissue healing in and around the surgical site, this made a huge difference in the appearance! Every time I would start a session Staci would ask me how I’m feeling and what areas I believe are lagging. She would always address my feedback and never dismissing my concerns. I highly recommend this practice!
Staci and Steve share the same mindset in care. They do not set you up with exercises and walk away, they stay with you the entire hour and educate you as you move through the process. Along with the excellent care you’re receiving they are both very nice, pleasant people who create a relaxed environment. Today (four month later) I am walking normally and have gone on 10-mile bike rides. The individual also needs to commit to the work in recovery, but I firmly believe I would not be as well off today had I not gone to this PT practice.
Both Stephen and Staci are wonderful with their patients/clients. I am very satisfied and impressed with their patience, guidance and understanding of physical therapy and one on one therapy sessions. Stephen has helped me greatly with achieving my goals and becoming more flexible, stability and overall strengthening. I wholeheartedly recommend them both and wish them all the success they both deserve.
