It was my first time here as I don’t live in the area. The waiting room was clean and welcoming, not sterile or cold like most urgent cares. The staff was quick, attentive, sympathetic, kind, and very professional. Dr. Cardinale was great! Amazing bedside manner, quick with a solution, and listened to everything I had to say. The paperwork process was so simple. I was in an out of there in less than a half hour and picked up my prescription at Walgreens 10 minutes later. It’s a weird thing to say, but best urgent care experience ever!
Went to the facility for flu like symptoms, nurse did some tests. Dr. Was very good. He recommended additional medication for my throat. Overall was a great experience. Very competent staff which made my visit effortless.
I had a laceration of my index finger. The front desk was prompt in helping me take out my information from my wallet since I couldn’t take it out myself and expedite my registration process. The nursing staff and the doctor was phenomenal and calming me down, Evaluating the injury and explaining the next steps. The actual process only took 10 minutes of sutures etc And I was on my way with clear instructions on follow up care. The car was urgent, but also thorough Very thankful and highly rate them for the service
I had a great experience at Somerset Valley Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. Check-in was quick too. The doctor actually listened and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to leave a review for an urgent care (lol), but it felt appropriate here. Highly recommend.
Doctors and staff are friendly and helpful. They were very patient with me when my pharmacy made an error and a new script was needed to fill. It was done right away, I truly appreciate that. This urgent care has the nicest cleanest waiting room I havd ever been in. It was an overall great experience.
