Altair Restaurant NYC

This is Minji who had breakfast at Altair on November 5th. At that time, I left my card with the server, and $57.7 was paid without the tip. And on November 11th, 'unpassed purchase withdrawal' at Altair was paid 68.7 dollars. It seems that the payment was made twice. I want a refund of $57.7 dollars as soon as possible. I hope you understand that I contacted you through a review because I don't know contact method.😭

I stayed in Alomidtown for two days and had breakfast, but I enjoyed it while being served perfect. Especially, the omelette was delicious 👍 other foods were delicious, and I was happy that the servers were kind.

A very lovely experience at the restaurant Altair for breakfast. Beautiful surroundings and excellent service from all the staff. Alejandro in particular was very attentive and kind to us and our children. We are very happy that we chose to stay here at this hotel.

Food was delicious. Albeit a little slow to get to me. The hostess/ manager Malia was super kind, making sure all the diners were attended to. (Which impressed me). My server Mary was efficient and attentive. Enjoyed my meal immensely! As a lone diner I was comfortable and enjoyed the atmosphere. I’ll be back when in town again.

Everything exceeded my expectations at Altair. I enjoyed two delightful dinners at the restaurant during my stay. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and the service was perfect. I am so grateful for both Justine and Gio being so friendly and attentive. They made my flight delay an absolutely memorable experience. I can’t wait to return. Also, every gentleman behind the bar made delightful cocktails and even better conversation. I appreciate all of you!

My parents visited the city for the weekend and couldn’t have picked a better spot to take them out to a nice dinner. Kira, our server, walked us through the menu and made sure we picked the best options according to our preferences. My dad being passionate about the world cocktails, the head bartender David leaned into his questions and curiosity. It was definitely a highlight for their trip.
