Dr Bunim was excellent, he is a great listener, caring, attentive and professional doctor. His assistant Erika was very sweet, patient and knowledgeable she explained the procedure for taking the medication. I had an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy done at White Plains Hospital and was extremely satisfied with the staff, very professional and friendly especially Jeannine and Lena. The Hospital was very clean and the valet parking was inexpensive and fast service. I highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Bunim has been fabulous to work with. He identified a fatty liver issue I had and guided me towards a diet-centric solution that eliminated the issue. He was patient with all my questions and does a great job communicating and giving me context to better understand diagnosis. I wish all doctors had his caring bedside manner and intelligence. I also did a colonoscopy with him and everything went smoothly and--true to form--he followed up promptly. For me, this doctor is a definite keeper. His office support staff was also excellent---very good to work with and supportive. Highly recommended. I am very appreciative of the experience he and his team delivered!

It's really disheartening that it's almost impossible to make an appointment with Dr. Bunim.

I had seen him several times and always trusted him medical diagnosis. Unfortunately, I was experiencing abdominal pain and called his office to see if I could be seen within the week.

I guess I called on the wrong day! I spoke with Michelle and explained my situation and how I was trying to avoid a visit to the ER.

She repeatedly told me he was booked and his next available appointment was in six weeks!!! She was adamant that I could not get in to see him.

Fortunately, I found another doctor who was able to see me within the week and give me the medication needed.

This gatekeeper has certainly pushed me to find another doctor.

My husband had colonoscopy and the staff at White Plains hospital was wonderful. After the procedure Dr Bunim explained to my husband the next step. He was very polite and took this time answering our questions.
