Dr Kelly is a wonderful dermatologist. She is professional, kind, compassionate and extremely thorough. Her office staff and assistants mirror her skill and professionalism. A special recognition to Tajon and Jennifer. A pleasure to be their patient.
I have been a patient of Dr Kelly for over 15 years and she is the best around. She knows what is going on and is able to prescribe the correct meds that will solve your problems. Most doctors put a bandaid and then you have to come back. Not her, your problem is solved. I bring my children to her and have never had any issues.
Main thing: get to your appointment ten mins early and you’re good. This is how I live my life and I’m never late.
If you know Dr. Kelly you will know all of these reviews are people mad for the consequences of their actions. Basically, do what you are supposed to… arrive on time and send all proper documentation and you will have no problems. What’s so hard about that?!
Yes! It’s hard to get an appt for first time patients - Dr. Kelly is packed with patients. She is very busy because she is THAT good. As an established patient, I have no problems getting on her schedule.
Yes! You get the call center because it’s only one person handling all the calls. Deal with it.
They do tell you your arrival time and your “to be seen at time.” Arrive late, you cannot be seen. Arrive on time, you will be seen at your designated time. No waiting around.
You don’t send out the questionnaire, your appt will get cancelled.
They run their office very professionally and they are the nicest people you will ever deal with at a doctor’s office.
