For the first time I feel seen and heard by my Dr. & therapist. So thoughtful, thorough, empathetic, etc.. Every time I’ve talked to someone on the phone for billing and scheduling an appointment, they are so kind. I’m so thankful for the level of care I’ve received already!
Staff are very nice and welcoming. They explain the rules like payment and attendance expectations up front. They don't charge for missed appointments like other places but keep track of attendance.
