Above and beyond is all I can say. My husband and I have had our insurance through Accent for many years. Recently my husband's sister passed away and unfortunately during her illness, several invoices became past due including her home and auto insurance. Liberty Mutual sent a very terse letter, even though they knew she passed, that they were cancelling with no interest in renewal.
