This review is long over due. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Autoland USA. I really have to say that each sales representative I spoke to was nicer than the next. It was definitely a long road to purchasing this vehicle. They worked with me every step of the way coming up with different options to get me into a desperately needed vehicle. My wife has been looking for a new vehicle as well and we have been to more car dealers than you can count all across the Island and have been treated all different ways. Games, lies, decit, sexual harassment, bait and switch, obnoxious music we have experienced it all. There was none of this nonsense at Autoland USA no games, no pressure, we were treated with respect and total professionalism. There was no obnoxious music just a peaceful atmosphere and true professionals. My wife was even impressed and said "this is the place you are buying your vehicle". My sale representative was John but I have to give credit to all the staff. I can't recommend this dealership enough.
I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Mike and Eric. Both of these guys are the best and made my purchase a pleasure. They work with you on price. We just bought the car of our dreams at Autoland USA! This dealership carries all kinds of cars for every budget and this car, a 2018 Mercedes S560, was perfect for our budget. A true find that was facilitated by Tommy who pampered us and made the choice easy. Eric, the finance manager also made this happen for us. Their selection is top notch with high quality vehicles.
