Awesome dentist! The entire board/diversity of staff were extremely supportive, pleasant and put me at ease (for I’m one of many that gets very anxious at the dentist). They explained everything I needed done perfectly, no misconceptions from what I was doing wrong (at age 50 not brushing of water pick flossing correctly) to how to fix that and financing options for the work I needed done. Thank you all! Michelle the hygienist had a wonderful sense of humor! Dentist was great and the guy (didn’t get his name) that discussed finances was the best! I’m not exaggerating.

Very surprised by the fabulous savings after my wifes last visit. Also pleased to be able add our daughter for 5 years at no additional cost as well as a substantial savings. Very impressed.

I've had AVS for 5 years and renewed it again. Their discounts really can save A LOT when your primary/other insurance doesn't cover something well enough (or, at all). It's a great option to have as a fallback.

The customer service is also very exceptional. Gina was not only one of the most friendly and enthusiastic reps I've ever worked with, but she also went the extra mile. She went to her supervisor to price match a lower price I'd found AND she even made calls (and then called me back!) to get specific quotes for services I wanted to compare to the costs at competitors. If I ever need to call AVS for something, I have her direct number so she will be my rep. That alone makes it worth it to go with AVS instead of the many others using the Aetna Access Network. To say I highly recommend AVS is a given.

Malory and the other lady, I don’t remember her name, I’m sorry …but they were very sweet and helpful. It means a lot when you are struggling and to have someone who is sympathetic and nice. Wish we all could be nicer to each other. But thank you!
