This review is about the business as a whole, not the actual therapists. Admin/front door staff is incompetent. I had services provided during the month of November and December. Never have I communicated about co-pays/additional charges until I received a hefty bill in February and given a week to pay. After a month of seeing therapists, my condition did not improve so I wanted to keep coming to see the therapists, since it was a new year, needed to get new approval from insurance. Front door person said they will do it and call me back. 3 months later, no calls. I am writing this so the company can improve their processes and not lose clients due to the incompetence of administration assistants.
A physical therapy experience that is like a spa. They do work you, and they take good care of you. You will see results. The entire staff is excellent and at times the whole office, patients and therapists, are talking, laughing, and talking about our goals together.
