When the time came to research and commit to some at home help for my mother, I didn’t know where to start, but I’m beyond fortunate that I found Senior Helpers. When I called and spoke with Joanne, I quickly realized that she is compassionate and listened to what we needed to get my mother back home and healthy. She helped me navigate the dynamics of hospital systems and skilled nursing facilities during the peak of COVID, which was very reassuring since I live on the other side of the country. We always felt like a priority and learned a lot about the road to recovery through our engagements. Prior to my mother getting home, after a few months in rehab, Joanne and her team made sure we had the right care plan in place when my mom was discharged and were ready to help on day one to ease the transition. I always felt my mom was in great hands with everyone on the staff at Senior Helpers.

we have nothing but praise for a wonderful job done by Rosemarie helping my 90 year old mother during our son's wedding day. Rosemarie took the worry out of our busy schedule that day. She was kind and helpful throughout the day and enabled my mom to participate in the festivities.
