I was on the Taconic parkway when my tire started making a terrible sound. It wasn’t a flat tire but I knew I had to get it checked out asap. Baccaris came up as the closest shop so I took the car there to get it checked out. They quickly pinpointed the issue as a loose lug nut and quickly worked to secure it. They also checked out the other tires to make sure they were good. I was on my way again within 10 minutes. They were so kind and helpful and I am so appreciative.
