They made a hassle of a situation into something that was easy and efficient. From dealing with the rental car to the insurance company, Ray helped Shepherd us through and was wonderful in assisting with everything. I brought my BMW M340 to Ray at Briarcliff Manor Auto Body and I'm glad I did! They fixed my front bumper and grill, restored perfectly to new condition. They were reasonable, fair and transparent with their pricing and the job was done completely within a week of bringing the car in. I only wish I had started using them earlier. These guys are incredible. My car had a significant accident and they repaired it perfectly to pre-accident condition. It looks great and drives just right again. Ray was fantastic to work with, and kept me informed of all important updates with the repairs and insurance.
