Bagel Boss of Jericho

Although this place looks beautiful. There is major inconsistancies in their food and fresh juices. They can't seem to get any order right when they are busy or if you call an order in. The service I received when I asked them to fix it was horrendous! They are way too overpriced to not get things right. I've gone to this location for conveince but since they have made changes, things are going down hill. Based other feedback from customers I know I'm not alone. Im done with this place.

I was hoping for an awesome bagel while I was on Long Island. I got a good bagel. It satisfied the hunger, but not the crave.

I must say, they are not consistent with their food portions with multiple locations. The old guy who took my order was nice, I repeated my order 2 times, and then after the 3rd, he decided to write it down. After waiting over 10 minutes, someone called me to the counter and told he the other person had forgotten my order! I sat back down and did notice they didn't get the order correct. The old guy did come and try to rectify the situation, which i did appreciate and did changed my mood and opinion, but I was almost finished eating by that time. I did hear another employee asking a returning guest if he got his order correct this time. I'm guessing this happens a lot.

Ideal location next to 495 service road. Good for cyclists to take a fast break.

Nicely sir conditioned & access to washroom facility. Got the pumpernickel with lox cream cheese & hot coffee for $9.50. Good flavor & coffee is even better than the big store franchises.

Very comfortable venue with organized tables and a few leather lounge seats.

I don't normally go to this deli but today I decided to try something different and healthier. I got the smoked salmon sandwich on a roll with a side of corn salad. The bread was soft and the ingredients were very fresh. I'm impressed by how fresh and flavorful this sandwich is! Even the salad is delicious. I recommend this deli's fresh food and friendly atmosphere.
