He lives and breathes the island, is super helpful making sure you find the right fit, and the Bekin web app is slick, easy to use, and the only one I’ll never use to find a share or room on FIP. I had an amazing stay at Pines Point over July 4th! The King Balcony room had everything I needed - smart TV, Apple speakers, fridge, and microwave. Perfect location just steps from the harbor and beach. Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway!
Perfect summer vacation. Joshua and the team were so hands on and attentive to all of our needs. The house was in such great shape that there was little I had to contact Josh about, but he was always available to answer questions. He's also just friendly and smart, and a pleasure to run into on the island. This was hospitality on Fire Island that felt completely contemporary and friendly.
Josh and his team were an absolute blessing to work with! They made everything simple and easy and the properties are out of this world. I would HIGHLY recommend using BeKIN for any and all vacation rentals in Fire Island and beyond. 12/10 !!!
Bekin was extremely helpful and professional in finding me a last minute place to stay on Fire Island Pines!! They found me a place for Labor Day weekend too, which is very busy and booked usually.
