Pines Point

I stayed for a week for my birthday. It’s so far the best place to stay in FIP. Not only the house is beautiful and clean, but the pool is warm so even on a cloudy day you have a warm pool to relax. The kitchen is beautiful and modern, the TV is huge and the room has his own microwave and fridge which is cool. The location is great, you are so close of the harbor and to the beach. I will definitely come back next summer.

Last time I visited the Pines — more than a few years ago — Pines Point hadn’t yet been built. What a delightful addition to the community!

It’s a beautiful well-designed modern space that made me feel like a lucky guest staying in a friend’s home. Travelling solo, it was great to meet the other “houseguests” staying there.

Great location! An easy stroll to the beach and the clubs, bars and amenities of the marina.

And, last but not least, Michele was a great “virtual concierge” available by text at all times.

Stayed on this property on the weekend of NYC Pride (June 27-June 30). I wasn't sure what to expect but the property exceeded all of my expectations. The property is brand new so the the place feels fresh and clean. There three buildings each with 5 rooms. So depending on your group, you can book a whole building to yourself or just have a room. The rooms are fantastic and modern with great features. The virtual lock is awesome so need to deal with keys. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, microwave, tv and a great skylight in the bathroom. The main living area has a kitchen and great fridge. I have stayed at the other bed and breakfasts places on Fire Island (Pines Bluff and Madison) and this is by far the best out of the three. It's not cheap but the prices are comparable and you get so much more, especially give its central location to the harbor.

Pines Point exceeded our expectations in every way! Located just two walks from the ferry, it is perfectly situated for those who want to be close to the action yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful space. The sleek, brand-new, modern design of the house made our stay feel luxurious.

Matthew and Jeffrey, the owners, were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The property itself is gorgeous. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay.

We appreciated the attention to detail, thoughtful touches, and the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Overall, we highly recommend Pines Point. We will most certainly be back.

Amazing stay. This exceptional building was built within the past year and has a fantastic location. The heated pool and security features are a nice touch. The experience was spa-like, relaxing, and great all around. I highly recommend it.
