Highly recommnded - don't go anywhere else for appliances! I love Berger Appliance! i apologize for the delay in leaving a review. My washer died and i have a full size washer dryer in a closet in a local condo complex. Jim K. was great! he got me exactly what i wanted and the washer only - the delivery crew was fantastic! they got it out of the closet, removed the dryer - took away the broken washer and replaced it and put everything back together! One of the guys even asked for cleaner and cleaned out the floor of the closet for me!!!! These guys are unbelievable competent, efficient and polite! I highy recommend them! And they are local! they really care about doing a good job!

They were great when shopping. Super knowledgeable. However getting the products when needed was a drag and delays extended twice after the initial 1 week reported delivery date. Felt like we were bothering the staff when having conversations about order status and expectation of final delivery.
