Don’t bother making an appointment because they won’t see you at that time and you’ll be waiting hours to actually get seated in the chair. Staff are intrusive when canceling or rescheduling appointments. I waited an hour to get into the dental chair, she performed work for 30 minutes and said I had to go back and finish because my allotted appointment slot was done (even though I had an appointment and waited for an extensive Period of time). I’ve tried to be patient and understanding but my family and I will be looking for another dentist that respects our time
Dr Bhatia is caring and compassionate dentist that really cares about you and your treatment. She takes her time to explain everything and wants you to make sure you understand how important dental hygiene is. She is wonderful.
Had an overall great experience at the office. Doctor is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining and answering questions. Went for a regular cleaning and had questions about issues I had. Still continuing my treatment and am happy with the service!
