A++++ all around & super impressed! New to the area and was desperately looking for a dentist in my network that could see me for an emergency after the practice I had been assigned to by my insurance (beware buyers with DHMO insurance )was not answering their phones and had the scariest google reviews that rendered me utterly frightened to go even if they answered.
When I called this practice, Nancy answered right away and was so kind and helpful- even though I am a new client and they have an incredibly packed schedule, she managed to get me an emergency appointment within 2 days. When I came to the office, I immediately felt at ease and knew that I was in a very good place. Nancy was as lovely in person as she was over the phone. Appointment was right on time, and Dr. Jallad exceeded my expectations. Super calm energy, incredibly professional/ knowledgeable & explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all, even though i imagine their day was packed. Overall, I am very happy & grateful I found this practice in my new area.

One thing I can now say for sure , that in my experience, Google reviews matter & are pretty much on point AND that finding a reliable, ethical, knowledgeable dentist with integrity is one thing in life you do not compromise !!

I was recommended to DrJallad after my dentist of 30 yr retired. Dr J has been a blessing for me. His skill set cover a simple cleaning to extractions, root canal and implants Dr Jallad and Nancy make going to the dentist a pleasure

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jallad for over 20 years and I am forever grateful for all his dedication and what a wonderful doctor he is. Dr. Jallad is an amazing person, loves helping others and does it in a way that is rare and hard to find. He is extremely patient , kind and always makes sure that you’re comfortable. Not to mention that my daughter loves him and thinks that he’s the best dentist in the world!!! My husband is also his patient. We travel over an hour to see him because we can’t imagine to be seen by any other dentist. His receptionists are very welcoming and Nancy even made sure that my kids had something to do while waiting for me so she provided crayons and coloring books for them.

Dr Jallad has been my dentist since he started the practice and by far he is the most dedicated medical professional one could have. In my opinion, in the top 5% of dentists on this planet. Caring, personal, knowledgeable, and provided the attention and time needed to manage your dental needs. If you remember the days of having a doctor who spends time with you and not only cares about your condition but you has a person, well there are a few left and he is one of them.

Dr. Jallad is an amazing dentist and person as are his team, Irena and Nancy.
I was scrambling to find a dentist to see my mother, as it was an emergency and she needed to see someone quickly. I spoke to Irena and after explaining the need for an appointment sooner than later, she scheduled us for the following day. After examining my mother and seeing that she needed a procedure to fix something that was negatively affecting her, Dr. Jallad explained the need for the procedure, the process and healing time. He was very patient, sympathetic (it was a difficult procedure for my mom to come to terms with), understanding and caring. He answered every question, several times, explained the procedure several times and did not pressure us into making any decisions; nor did he use any fear tactic or talk down to my mother, which was what she experienced with her previous dentist. Dr. Jallad and Nancy were kind, caring and it felt like they truly cared about my mother's well being.
Needless to say, my mother's procedure was completed without any issues and she is healing well.
Finding a good dentist that checks all the boxes, especially when it comes to elderly folks, is not easy so I am glad I came across Dr. Jallad and had the pleasure of working with him.
We are definitely going to be back.
