Bison & Bourbon

We went to the dairy section this time. The food was okay but nothing special. The service was horrible. They gave us the wrong dish, did not come around to our table to see how we were doing and did not refill our water.
Even worse, there is minimal parking. Most of the people have to park on the street, some times 50 years away or more.
We were unfortunate enough that we got boxed in by two cars and couldnt get out. The restaurant knows that these parked cars are their customers but when we walked backed to the restaurant to see if they could find the owner of the car, the maitre d said "NOT MY PROBLEM". I literally had to go table to table to find the owner of the cars. A frustrating ending to a mediocre evening.

They seated us very quickly and gave us the best accommodations possible! Our waitress Tatiana was super patient, helpful and well mannered - she gave personal attention to make sure everything was going well and that the food was exactly how we expected it!

Juan made sure we were getting the very best service of all!

It is expensive, decent food, good service, and pleasant ambiance.
We made a reservation online, when we got there we had to wait a few minutes for a table on the water to become available. It was worth the wait. The seats on the dock have an amazing view and the experience is one of a kind.
The food and drinks were OK. All the appetizers were too sweet.
Come for the experience more than the food.

The breathtaking Ambiance is just the start of an amazing experience! Bison and Bourbon is a truly exceptional upstate kosher eatery. The food was prepared and plated exceptionally and the value was extremely good. Having a Manhattan or Brooklyn experience Upstate with a even more beautiful atmosphere makes for a exceptional lunch or dinner that has not yet been matched by any other location Upstate yet!

The food was delicious. The service was warm and friendly. The ambience was so relaxing and the view over the lake was amazing. It’s a bit pricey but worth it
