    I have been working out with the amazing trainers at Born Fit since May 2025. Not only have I seen an improvement in my strength, but my recent bloodwork also shows a great improvement in my health overall. Christoph and Anthony are amazing motivators and they have built a great community. I would recommend Born Fit Academy to anyone, but especially to those just starting out in their fitness journeys

    BornFit offers a supportive, informed environment to further your fitness/lifestyle goals. Christoph enthusiastically shares his knowledge and experience as a trainer with clients of all levels.

    My experience with Christoph at BornFit has been excellent. Christoph used a comprehensive assessment to develop tailored workouts to meet my goals and needs. It was the first time in an evaluation/assessment environment that I didn’t feel uncomfortable or judged.

    As a regular gym enthusiast, I was skeptical. However, after starting off with a positive experience in the assessment, I enthusiastically jumped into the workouts. I really enjoyed the small group experience, as Christoph and other clients boosted my motivation during the class, and I didn’t feel like someone was staring at me throughout the session. Christoph’s enthusiasm is contagious, and his explanations of proper form and how each exercise leads to a specific goal are great. He manages to see everything, offering form improvement suggestions and motivation throughout the session. The workouts are challenging but not overwhelming. I took small group sessions at various times with different clients each time and enjoyed each experience while learning new things about form and functionality. Everyone was working towards their own goal in a supportive environment.

    The space is open, airy, and speckled with terrific motivational quotes that catch your eye just when you need them!

    Christoph welcomes input and suggestions to tweak your program to best meet your needs. I highly recommend BornFit!

    Christoph is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He is a natural teacher, with a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness. His attention to detail is remarkable, whether it is related to your fitness goals, or to your form during a workout.
    He will inspire you, challenge you, and give you fantastic results.

    Christoph is an incredible personal trainer. He created workouts specifically for me and my needs. Thanks to his guidance, I've seen significant progress in my overall fitness as well. Christoph's positive energy is contagious, and he always seems to know when to push me for those last few reps. Christoph is also very responsive to my way too many questions, and it is obvious that he’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. He always seems genuinely happy to provide guidance and help out. I 100% recommend him.

    I have been working with Christoph and training with him for the past 4.5 months. He has been a pleasure to work with and has helped me adapt new lifestyle changes that have led to me losing 45lbs to date on his program (gym workouts weekly + following a nutrition plan that focuses on eating a high protein diet).

    Christoph is unlike any other trainer I have worked with. He believes that being fit doesn't have an end date and isn't a short-term goal. It is a lifestyle and it is infinite! Christoph encourages his clients to make lifestyle changes that are truly sustainable. He doesn't believe in 'dieting' in the traditional sense that you should lose 'X' lbs in 'X' amount of months. Instead, he spends time trying to understand his client's goals to uniquely tailor their program (nutrition and exercise) to help them be successful. He recognizes that life happens and roadblocks might occur when making these types of lifestyle changes, but his encouragement and support is truly incredible!

    For me specifically, I told Christoph I wanted to lose weight while gaining muscle and getting stronger (with the ultimate goal of becoming a better tennis player). I can confirm that all of this has happened and I feel the healthiest and happiest I have felt in a long time! Christoph really listened to my goals and even tailored my workouts to incorporate exercises and movements that have translated to better performance on the tennis court.

    Besides reaching my weight loss goals and gaining muscle and strength, Christoph has also helped me gain knowledge around exercise and nutrition. This has been pivotal in the way I now eat and exercise and has contributed to my continued success. Christoph is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend him as a trainer to people of all ages and with all types of goals!

    I have worked with Christoph in 1:1 personal training and in group training sessions and I love both! I plan to continue working with Christoph in 1:1 personal training sessions and group training sessions.

    Thank you, Christoph, for everything! Thanks for pushing me through roadblocks, helping me surpass my goals, and for being the best trainer I ever could have asked for!
