Brinckerhoff Inn Bed & Breakfast

Cute room in a mansion with lots of history. Bob’s stories about his entrepreneurial venture and the brunches were our highlights. We woke up a bit late in the morning and rushed our breakfast which was a shame but Bob made the heartiest meal ever 😍😍

We had an incredible stay. Beautiful house, great breakfast, wonderful host, and convenient location for Dia Beacon and Fishkill Farms. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay at the Brinckerhoff Inn in Fishkill, NY! It’s a beautiful and cozy B&B with the best gluten-free fluffy pancakes and homemade omelets made from scratch by the owner. The place is classic, simple, and so charming — and the host is incredible! 10/10 would recommend! 🌟

Bob, the owner, is welcoming, attentive, and truly kind – he immediately makes you feel at home and ensures every detail of your stay is perfect. The house itself is over 300 years old and beautifully preserved, full of history and character, making the experience truly unique. Located in a region rich with American history, it’s the perfect Upstate New York getaway. A warm and authentic place that we highly recommend!

Bob - incredible. House - incredible. Breakfast - incredible. The perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic B&B experience. My husband and I were looking for a special getaway from NYC to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived until we left, Bob went above and beyond to take care of us. Our room was absolutely beautiful, the bathtub amazing, and the bed extremely comfortable. Bob has put so much love into every detail of this gorgeous historic mansion and cooked a delicious breakfast to order. Thank you for an amazing stay!
