Bronx Veterinary Center of Eastchester Road

This Veterinary is the best one I have been too. There so patient with the animals. I have been taking my dog there from since she was a puppy but the Webster location. Having to go to the Eastchester location because they had an earlier appointment, was the same treatment at the other location. Thank you Samantha for being so kind to my dog she loved you lol.

I’ve heard this location has a reputation for upselling unnecessary services, possibly to meet profit goals, so I was skeptical walking in. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the care and professionalism shown during my visit.

For most pet owners man’s best friend is another member of the family and deserves the best care.

I brought in my 2-year-old, 100-pound protective Rottweiler—who can be a challenge to handle—and the staff exceeded my expectations. Dr. Jessica and Jacklyn worked exceptionally well together as a team. They were quick, confident, and clearly experienced, knowing exactly how to approach my dog in a way that made him feel both safe and calm.

Despite my concerns about their business practices, I cannot ignore the supportive and skillful handling we received. My Rottie was in good hands, and that means everything.

Had an amazing visit went on a saturday around 1030am. Very quick check-in even though it was busy. All pet owners had control over there pets. There were a few that unfortunately received bad news my condolences to them, our pets mean so much to us so having a vet that takes time to actually explain with details and in the best way possible means the world. I have visited them in the past, and today's visit was particularly difficult as I had to put my dog down. He was 19 years old, and I didn't want him to suffer through treatments that would only prolong his life and increase his suffering. The veterinarian and the staff, especially Hector, were wonderful. They explained the euthanasia procedure clearly, and I was allowed to be with my dog while he was sedated. Their services were very affordable. I definitely recommend this place. If you have an emergency and don't know what to do, and are in need of high-quality emergency services, this is the place to go—don't go anywhere else. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in the room and say my goodbyes to my beloved 19-year-old poodle.🐩

Since their relocation, the quality of service has improved significantly.
The facility is impeccably clean, and appointments are handled with commendable punctuality.
I would especially like to acknowledge Hector for his exceptional professionalism and kindness—he responded to all of my inquiries with clarity and ensured that every concern was addressed with care.
His gentle and compassionate manner toward my baby was deeply appreciated and reassuring.
I will continue to entrust my baby’s care to this facility with confidence.
