Verily disappointed when I found out that I had to make an appointment to get my pet his heart guard heartworm med. I was told that you have 30 days from the test to get more medicine. They sold me 12 at the time I last got the medicine so they had a record of every dose I had. I never bought the medication from anyone else so they should have told me the last time I was there in the summer to purchase it but they did not so now I have to pay for another visit in order to get the medication that I could have gotten much much cheaper from chewy.

They saved choas!! All of the staff was very nice and informative about my dog situation. They guided choas through his journey with so much love and support. Very reasonable with pricing and great to speak to them about it. Overall great experience.

Exceptionally kind staff, both support and medical. The veterinarian, vet tech, and vet student who evaluated my precious baby girl (almost 4 month old kitten) for her ongoing GI issues were thorough and attentive to me and my girl. They handled her with care and helped her feel much more tolerant of her appointment.

We just adopted our new dog Sage from NSALA. She is the new light of our lives! The staff here have been nothing short of amazing. We experienced very kind and helpful communications from Alissa Milillo and wanted to give her a shoutout. Thank you all!

I bring my dog here and they are the best. I found a tick on my dog in October and was worried he may have Lyme disease so I brought him today to get Lyme testing and a vaccine. He also had eye issues. The vet and the staffs were so sweet. My dog is not the easiest to handle- he’s not aggressive but he can be a handful. They were so patient with him and gentle. The vet gave him a full physical- even pointed out things I was not aware of as in a lump on his shoulder. They took care of his eyes and prescribed medication. They also performed the Lyme test in house so I was able to get results same day.
The wait was not long- they actually honor appointments (I know some places I went to- I would still be waiting an hour even though i made an appointment haha) I really like all the staffs here and everyone was very professional and bedside manner was great! Also the prices are so cheap compared to other places. I was expecting $500+ but nope- def paid less than that. I highly highly recommend this place to everyone.
