I wasn't sure what to expect from a BC outlet and honestly I was surprised to begin with that there even was one. However, apart from the selection being considerably smaller and the interior being less elaborate than a standard store, the experience was fantastic.
I regretfully didn't ask for the name of the SA who helped me, but he was a gentleman in a sharp blue suit on June 1st, 2025. He greeted me, showed to me what to look for on a price tag to indicate the item is offered at an additional 30% off, and then helped me try on a several different sizes and colors of a vest that I had wanted.
It baffles me how SAs at luxury boutiques can be so condescending and apathetic. However, at least within BC stores, my experiences have all been positive, and I can say that the experience here in the outlet was no different. Shop here with confidence!
