Barry was here this morning, on time, to examine a problem with our new tub. His explanation of things was spot on and understandable, leaving me with no questions to ask. He contacted the manufacturer while still here and arranged a replacement.

Post-installation of new intelligent Kohler toilets in my residence, there were issues and Kohler sent Barry of BSA to investigate. He was prompt in following up, and onsite he was very knowledgeable about how the three toilets functioned differently, and eager to help and no-BS (and one feels you're getting the honest assessment). I wish Barry was available to explain the different models during the initial sale, and I would have selected a different Kohler toilet - the sales consultant at Kohler did not highlight the differences to us.
BSA was the SECOND third-party contractor (Kohler rep) that Kohler had referred to me. The FIRST company was rude, callous, bumbling, and totally indifferent, and wasted my time (it would be wise for Kohler to take note). I complained to Kohler and they referred BSA to me -- a night and day difference.

Barry is truly exceptional. He came to look at my bath and was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offering thoughtful solutions and detailed instructions on how the issue could be fixed—without asking for anything in return.

Barry is an absolute professional he helped me with a faucet for a bidet that I waited almost a year for and some parts were missing and he was able to figure out what I needed and now it works perfectly I would recommend him to anyone who needs a professional like him.
