    I left a 5 star review for the sakes, Jason is great, Charles is great. I am totally disappointed with service. I bought the car and was given a Certified Pre-Owned Warranty and "Bumper to Bumper" warranty. After the sale on 1/5/23, this car was fine, no issues for a 2019 with just 17K mikes, this winter I'm getting no heat and have to keep putting anti-freeze in the car, since I'm "covered", I call and make an appointment. I arrive and now I have a long itemized list that includes brakes. Brakes make heat? Told $1,130. Huh? No, getting 2nd, 3rd opinion- not $1,130.00. Oh, they are not GM certified. Oh! I will re-appoint and come back. I AM VERY UPSET. After a year and two months, problems that are considered wear and tear, not covered. Writing GM in February 2024, no response. Called and put in a claim March 2024. Now I get a call from GM. I'm taking it further. Can you say double dipping? Bank pays them, issues after only one year, money out of pocket for wear and tear, yeah right. How about when you receive a car that you are going to sell, check it THOROUGHLY. My car's issues could have caused a stall. A stall on the Belt Parkway, do I die over your car? I haven't had it long enough. You quote me labor that is more than parts, no hun. You tell me three and a half hours when someone fixed the whole, whole issue in an hour and a half. You played yourself with the wrong person. We don't accept double dipping. The bank paid you already, why am I not safe on the road after a year and two months? Unacceptable. I'd rather pay my in-house mechanic hourly and sell for a couple of more $$ on the sale as opposed to nickel and dime the car note payer to get perfect referrals. Nickel and dimes OR more on the sale price to cover the parts I need for my hourly paid in house mechanics? Hmmm!!!! I am disappointed thoroughly with service. Sales is stupendous, service is REALLY???!!!
