My mom was discharged from the hospital and needed a stretcher and oxygen for her travel home on 9/9/25. Even though the hospital called at 530pm it took them a long time to come. They bus came at 930pm. 2 hours is too long to wait but 4 hours was even worse. The dispatchers need to get better with having patients wait that long.
The bright side: The two gentlemen, Kevin and Brandon that came were truly amazing. They handled everything in sequence and made transporting my mom with ease. They were an extraordinary team to watch. I hope to get them again in the future. Thank you Kevin and Brandon you both are amazing!!

Robert and Luis came to JHMC to transport my mom home . These 2 guys took exceptional care of my 94 yr old mom. They took her up 2 flights of stairs and told me not to worry . I didn't, I can see the fine professionals they are , with a compassion heart ♥️. These guys need a raise!
    God bless you

Yesterday my son had a pickup at 6 and when I called 2 hours later, they said it might not be until 10:30 so I canceled it and left it for today and again. I'm still waiting. This is ridiculous and unacceptaby.
By the way after I canceled yesterday, I went downstairs and I saw 5 of your employees sitting at a table in the hospital..
