One of the best EMS stations in NYC! Pay EMS Fairly!
Fortunately I was and am safe at home during COVID, and I think all EMS divistion, not only 43, works fine and puts their lives on line.
But from words of my neighbor, "... just some of their EMTs can't work with psychiatric patients who suffer autism spectrum disorer. It's not way to go to mention handcuffs instead of measuring blood pressure and pulse.
Autistic people cant pass forced approach, handcuffs, restrain gowns, etc. As a result given autist arrived with high heart rate and CIH. G-d bless the personnel of CIH ER" A little bit more training guys. Anyway - you are doing the great job in this hard time! G-d Bless All Of You!
I always gotta show respect in rankings as far as stars, to the boys in blue of the New York Police Department, but not as much as I give the first responders and Emergency Medical Technicians of many different Ambulatory Services and hospitals around the city the especially Fire Department of New York City, their Emergency Medical Technicians and professional firefighters are some of the best and mostly well paid in the entire country and as far as salary's for EMTs and firemen go, the entire world. From well before the day those Brave men and women of the FDNY and EmTs and NYPD risked all of their lives for the lives of countless others even though thousands were unable to be saved, I've never been able to bring myself to show nothing but admiration and respect for them .
Great station with great members.
