Upon meeting and working with iDeal Auto Sales of Bensonhurst, I was very impressed with their communication guidelines/standard. It may seem like a little but text messages to confirm my appointment details and reminders/calls of the appointment are highly valued. This tells me that the dealership and I are on the same page. I went to iDeal to sell my car to them and they did not mind when I needed to change the time of the appointment on the day of due to an issue I ran into beforehand. I worked with Genesis, Lina, AB, and Cody who were all respectful. AB and Cody understood my situation and were willing to still accept and purchase my vehicle upon a small yet reasonable amount being deducted from the offer should the vehicle’s EVP need to be fixed. I sincerely appreciate their sincerity and give them my highest recommendation. The dealership is clean and I’ll come back to look at future cars or recommend others to them.

Eric Liu and the team went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. They stayed past office hours to help finalize the sale on my Audi, showing true dedication and professionalism. They even included a dash cam with the purchase. Great service

This is my second time buying a car here. The dealer was very efficient and prompt. As always, they were very professional throughout the process. They did their best to minimize my workload and made numerous calls to the bank on my behalf to negotiate a better interest rate. After I got the car, they thoroughly inspected the vehicle for me, confirmed everything in person, and even helped me affix the vehicle registration certificate with a smile. I'm extremely satisfied and this place deserves my five-star rating.
