Had a great experience at Build A Bear (Palisades Mall Location). James and the team were awesome. The staff was friendly and welcoming right from the beginning. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and hope we can find James again the next time.
James and his crew are the most passionate retail employees from any store who believe going the extra mile is standard customer service. I would not recommend going to any other build a bear except this one for an unforgettable experience.
I want to show gratitude to James (manager), who works in the builder-bear-workshop at the Palisades Mall, by far one of the most patient employees I've encountered. We took my 9 month old son here for the first time, and I cannot even begin to express how amazing Elliott was! He was energetic, sweet, engaging, funny, caring, and you could tell he loved his job. My son had the best time, loves his bear, and it was all because of Elliott and his love for his job! Thank you so much!
