Johnny, Irene and their team are incredible. When I purchased my first multifamily property eager to get into real estate, they guided me through every step of the renovations, resulting in stunning outcomes. Very happy with the renovation of the guest bathroom. The Johnny Fix It crew were very professional and true to their word in scheduling and following through on the project. I interviewed over 7+ contractors and felt like John, Mike and Irene were too good to be true in their straightforward approach.
I had already purchased and had delivered all the major material - tile, vanity w/ sink, shower & tub fixture, tub, sink fixture, lighting, LED mirror, and shower exhaust. After a quick visit and consultation w/ the project lead Mike followed by the electrician and plumber. Irene provided an estimate of the cost, timing - start & end, and payment schedule.
On October 5th a dumpster arrived and the demo began. On October 23rd the dumpster was hauled away and the bathroom was transformed from 70's mid-century modern to 2023 post-covid modern?!
A special thanks to Louis who did a great job cutting the vanity to fit the opening so that it looks custom built and installing the shower glass as well as a professional installer.
Andy did great work with the plumbing even with the fancy tub faucet which swivels out and back. The electrician Sal was able to run new electrical wiring without making unnecessary or additional holes which saved time and money.
Received the certification from the city that all of the work was to code and approved.

Johnny Fix It did an amazing job renovating our Master bathroom. They are very professional, intelligent, and friendly. They kept us informed daily about what’s going on and what to expect. Irene and Luis are absolutely phenomenal at what they do. Our bathroom perfect. We would recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with them again.

We worked with Johnny Fix It on several home improvement projects : outdoor terrace fan install; patch and paint in stairwell; high ceiling chandelier install/wiring; attic pull-down stairs replacement. They did superb work on each and every project. They were incredible communicative, fair and upfront in all dealings, used high quality materials (that didn’t seem to impact price), and were incredibly reasonable with regard to project cost. They operate on a project cost basis, so the cost is the cost, period - and they honored it every time. They were also always available to work around my schedule (I work in the city all week, only home during the day on Fridays), and when several other contractors I had initially contacted to do work ghosted me, they were right there to fill in. Subsequently they have become our forever- contractors, fixers, plumbers, electricians, and any other home reno providers that we will need going forward. They are also just pleasant to work with. Really kind, respectful, trustworthy, and nice. The owner of the company even sent us a hand-written thank-you card after the first job they did. We will never use anyone else. Thanks Johnny Fix It!

John Pidgeon completely gutted our kitchen, refinished our hardwood floors, opened the wall on our staircase and installed crown molding on all of our first floor. John, Irene and all of the subcontractors used were amazing! We had to start the project a little later than expected due to COVID but as soon as they were legally able to start work they were here. On time every day, communicative, clean and made sure we were always happy. We were beyond happy with all of the work done. We highly recommend Johnny Fix It and we will work with them in the future!
