I was looking for a new car to buy. I went to their location on Saturday to test drive few cars they had on a lot. But instead they ended up fixing the rattling noise coming from my car. Here was an opportunity for them to charge me and make a profit instead they took the time to explain the problem and the solution. The best part I didn't feel pressured to buy a new car. My car would not start and I had to call AARP who insures my auto. Within a short period of time, a man appeared and used a piece of equipment to get my car started in minutes.
